Roles: Marketing Director, Graphic Designer
Over the course of the last year and a half, I have been involved with the marketing team at Northeastern University’s student-run radio station, WRBB. I have worked on a variety of projects, all contributing to the development of WRBB's brand identity.
As a graphic designer, I worked on a team of four to create over 40 custom logos for on-air student DJs. Each logo is tailored to the recognizable, unique flair that each DJ brings to their show every week.
These logos are often used on our social media accounts, where we promote our DJs and the incredible shows they host.
I have also created assets utilizing WRBB's brand guidelines for all different types of projects, including our coverage of the Boston Calling music festival, a podcast about WRBB's history, and a WRBB subbrand.
As marketing director, I am looking for new ways to develop WRBB's brand as our organization evolves. Our three person design team works to create new campaigns for social media, and has been exploring new ways of expressing our identity online, including video and animation.
